This is Jennifer "Wrenchcat"/"Cat" O'kaze, a charater in the U.E.A. Prelude, developed by Ophichius from the U.E.A. Forums.

Cat is an illegal gene-mod baby. Originally "developed" by her mother as a super-human heir, Cat only retained 20% of the changes, making her "damaged goods". (A phrase that haunts her to this day.)

She's a member of the U.E.A., she's a gear-head in that she loves to build things, usually physical weapons for her M.A.S. unit. This is considered quite odd, as physical weapons have virtually no effect against modern Amalian ships, thanks to their liquid hull technology.
